Am I able to upgrade my pool after making my payment?
Yes. When upgrading to a larger pool, you only pay the difference in the prices between the pools. We do not allow downgrades of pools once a pool size has been purchased. To upgrade your pool, login to your TourneyTime account and select "Upgrade Size" under your pool name. Change the size of your pool, click "Upgrade Pool", and complete your upgrade payment.

Can I change my pool size if I have not yet paid for my pool?
Yes. Login to your TourneyTime account and select the "Manage" link found under the pool name in the "My Pools" section on the left side of the screen. Click the "Change Size" link to change your pool size.

How does TourneyTime handle the play-in game for the NCAA Tournament?
In order to maximize the time allowed for members to make picks, TourneyTime does not treat the play-in game as a separate game. The winner of the play-in game will appear as the proper 16 seed.

If I make my picks now, can I edit them later?
Yes. You may edit your picks up until the picks deadline. The picks deadline is the start of the first tournament game.

What is the NFL picks deadline?
For NFL pools, the deadline to have picks made is either 24 hours before the first game of the week, start time of the first game of the week, or lock each game individually when the game starts. The deadline is a pool setup option.

What payment methods do you accept?
TourneyTime uses an industry authorized credit card processor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments as an alternative option.

How do I print my bracket?
To print your bracket, logon and enter your pool's main page. Then, you may click either the "Complete" link under the pick status heading which appears before the tournament has started, or the "View Picks" link after the tournament has started. It is best to print the page with landscape orientation.

Why are my Final Four picks not showing?
If you make any changes to your picks that impact your original Final Four teams, the Final Four teams will clear out.

What is the NCAA basketball picks deadline for 20112?
The deadline for the 2012 NCAA brackets is at tip-off of the first game (approx 12:20 Eastern) on Thursday following Selection Sunday. All picks must be complete by that time. The play-in games are excluded (First Four). Please note: Pool managers have authority to make and update picks after this deadline.

How does the NFL tie break score work?
The player that is closest to the official tie break score (above or below) is the winner. If a double tie happens, it is up to the pool's manager to determine the winner.

Do you offer Sweet 16 or second chance pools?
Yes, TourneyTime offers a Sweet 16 pool. Check Sweet 16 Information/Fees or login to your TourneyTime account and select the "Create A New Sweet 16 Pool" menu option to get started. As a bonus, you can add-on a sweet 16 pool $5 with any size NCAA 64 pool purchase. This add-on must be selected at the time you create and pay for your NCAA 64 pool.

When will I be able to see picks for every participant in my pool?
All participants of a pool will be able to view other participant's picks once the game or Tournament has begun. They remain hidden until that time.

What is included in a sponsored pool?
TourneyTime offers sponsored pools with 3 banner options: Generic, Original Upload, and TourneyTime Custom.
A "Generic" sponsored pool allows you to choose a pre-made banner that will display your pool's name and slogan. A "Original Upload" sponsored pool allows you to upload your own banner (780 x 164) that will be displayed with your pool, and a "TourneyTime Custom" sponsored pool hires TourneyTime to create a banner for you.
All sponsored pools include a custom link to direct participants from your web site directly to your TourneyTime pool. The banner is linked to a URL of your choice when clicked.
