If I joined a pool by mistake or don't want to play, how do I get out?
Login and view the pool you want to leave. From the menu, click the "Remove Me" option. This will remove your picks and other information from the pool. Please note this is not reversible. Also, keep in mind that some pool manager's will restrict players from leaving the pool - the "Remove Me" will be grayed out in that case so you will need to contact the pool manager to be removed.

How do I enter all my paper brackets or include someone who doesn't have access to TourneyTime.com (Offline Manager)?
The "Offline Manager" is a tool pool managers use to add brackets/picks for players who DO NOT intend to login to the site (e.g. offline).
It is also a great tool for manager's who run a manual pool and want to enter those paper brackets and let our service do all the scoring and reporting while they can enjoy more games! You can add offline players to pools with active players or just have a entirely offline pool.
To access the Offline Manager feature:
- Login and view your pool
- Drop down the "Manager Actions" menu and select the "Manage off-Line players"
- Add offline accounts for each offline player you want to add (Note: previously created offline accounts will be available)
- After the offline accounts are available, select the offline players and add them to your pool
- Make picks for these players using the "Administer Picks" option from the "Manager Actions" drop-down menu

Does TourneyTime support bonus points for game upsets (aka upset scoring)?
Yes! TourneyTime supports an option for Upset Scoring in the first and second rounds. Upset bonus points are awarded when a lower seed team is defeated by a higher seed team. Here is the formula that determines the number of bonus points:
Upset points Awarded = (High Seed # - Low Seed #)
Please note that the bonus points are awarded in addition to the points awarded for a correct pick in that round. For example, you award 1 point for a correct pick and a 12 seed beats a 5 seed team, that player would be awarded 8 points. 1 for the correct pick and 7 bonus points.

How does TourneyTime handle the play-in game for the NCAA Tournament?
In order to maximize the time allowed for members to make picks, TourneyTime does not require play in games to be selected. The winner of the play-in games will appear in the appropriate position on the bracket. Players are required to complete picks before the tip-off of the "Round of 64" and not prior to any play-in games.

What is the NFL picks deadline?
For NFL pools, there are three picks deadline options: Option 1 (default): Start of 1st game - all picks will lock down Option 2: 24 hours before 1st game - all picks will lock down 24 hours before games start Option 3: Lock each game when it starts (aka no deadline) - Each game will lock at the time it starts
The "Lock each game when it starts" deadline setting is the most popular as it allows players the most time to make and update picks during each week of the season. This is great for weeks with an early game.

How does the post season affect my Elimination Pool?
Elimination pools that allow players to only choose a team x number of times will NOT enforce that rule during the playoffs. This allows any player still alive at the end of the season to not be automatically out of the pool if he/she already used all the chances for the playoff teams during the season.

How does TourneyTime handle the NFL flexible / flex schedule ?
The NFL flexible schedule system can change game time no less than twelve days prior to the matchup. This allows for teams to play themselves into prime time TV spots. Does TourneyTime have iPhone or Android Apps?
TourneyTime supported an iPhone app for a few years, but we discontinued it in 2015. The cost of mobile app development and support played a large factor in this decision. We want to continue to provide a low cost and ad-free service to our members and still be a mobile friendly site. We aren't alone, several other major web sites, such as Wal-Mart are also ending support of their mobile apps.
The mission-statement of TourneyTime is to provide a low-cost, reliable, ad-free family-friendly and full featured pool management service to our users. It is important that our customers understand that TourneyTime's mobile strategy was made to support this mission and is in the best interest of them.
In 2017, TourneyTime is transitioning to an even more flexible experience which will allow the site to expand or contract based on this method used to view the site...whether using a phone, tablet or pc, the site will adjust to the size parameters and make viewing/using our site more efficient.

Can I reinstate a player that was eliminated by accident in my elimination pool?
Yes. The pool manager can reinstate a player that was eliminated using the pool manager's page. Find the player in the pool and then click the "Fix & Reinstate" link found in the "Manager Action" column.
The manager must make changes to the player's picks to a week either before or equal to the week where that player was eliminated. This is not intended to be used as a re-buy in, only to fix players that should not have been eliminated.
Once the change's to the player's picks are saved, the manage should click the "Re-Score All Weeks" so the pool reflects the current elimination status and strikes.
